Interview with a Vampira ……..

  1. Thank you for taking the time to be interviewed. How long have you been playing quake?

    2. Ballistic response:  I can’t remember how long but it was about 3 months from when it reached our shores. Although it seems like I’ve been playing since I was in my mother’s womb.

  2. What do you consider your greatest quake achievement so far?

    3. Ballistic response: Finally getting my config just right with my old PC. As for fragging achievements it would have to be any time I’m called a bot. If I put a notch on my desk every time it happened there would be no desk left.

  3. Can you give me a small history of your clan, what it stands for and what they hope to achieve?

    4. Ballistic response: Yeh well how do I answer this question? I’m not in a clan but if I was I would hope it that it was a clan that inflicted Grievous Bodily Harm, had No Wankers enjoyed chocolates;), liked the number 7 and liked wolves and especially Cats.

  4. What is good about being in your clan?

    5. Ballistic response: The solitude;)

  5. Who do you consider your favourite Quakers?

    6. Ballistic response: There has been so many. But without mentioning anyone in particular I would prefer to answer the question by saying anyone that respects other players and is not abusive is cool. There is nothing wrong with the occasional taunt but keep it on a decent level. People that provide advice (thank you all) are definite winners.

  6. Who do you consider your least favourite Quakers?

    7. Ballistic response: Any one that bots, is abusive, impersonates, or compulsively camps. Years ago I would have said DDA but I actually miss them these days. I always liked a good camp challenge.

  7. What computer are you running?

    8. Ballistic response: Just upgraded from P166, 32, no 3D video, 15" to

    AMD 1000,256,Matrox, 19". I’ve got 8 weeks of annual leave and I think they’ll be taken soon. Let the games begin.
  8. Do you play any other PC games and if so which ones?

Ballistic response: Well, as someone else said didn’t have much choice with the old PC but now! WooHoo. Getting into Q3, any FPS (enjoying eye candy atm), Love Dune 2, Dune 2000, TA.

      9. Your general thoughts on on-line gaming.

Ballistic response: I LOVE IT!!! I can’t believe how much I have played this one magical game called Quake!!
